摘　　要：为提升船员适任评估流程的管理和实施水平,适应国际航运发展的要求,对传统的船员适任评估业务流程进行改进,优化线上评估流程并实现线下评估流程数字化。建设船员适任评估系统,引入评分客户端和微信小程序作为信息载体,实现船员适任评估全流程信息化。实际应用结果表明,该系统能显著提升船员适任评估管理水平,可为现代船员适任评估管理的实施提供示范。In order to improve the management of the crewmember competence assessment,meeting the demands of international shipping development.The process of crewmember competence assessment is redesigned.The online process is optimized,ensuring the digitalization in the whole process.The establishment of assessment information system,scoring client application and WeChat mini program makes the full assessment process informatized,demonstrating the modern management of crewmember competence assessment as the model practice.
