摘 要:为了探讨脾气虚模型大鼠下丘脑、血浆神经肽Y(NPY)的变化。以泻下及劳倦法造脾气虚大鼠模型 ,用放射免疫分析方法检测下丘脑及血浆NPY ,并与去势大鼠进行对比研究。结果显示各组大鼠下丘脑NPY均较正常显著升高 ,去势组升高最明显 ;而血浆NPY均呈上升趋势 ,但以泻下组最明显。说明不同造模因素塑造的脾气虚大鼠均存在下丘脑NPY的改变 ,其变化程度小于去势组大鼠 。The changes in the level of neuropeptide Y (NPY) in the hypothalamus and plasma were investigated in the rats with deficiency of splenic qi. The rat model of deficiency of splenic qi was established by the method of tiredness and purgation. The level of NPY was detected by radioimmunoassay and the results were compared with those from the rats with ovariotomy. The results showed that compared with that in the rats in the normal control group, the level of NPY in the hypothalamus markedly increased in the rats in all groups, especially in the ovariotomy group; and the level of NPY in the plasma was with a rising tendency in all groups, especially in the purgation group. The results indicate that there is a change in the level of NPY in the hypothalamus in the rats with deficiency of splenic qi induced by the factor of tiredness or purgation, and the extent of the change is less than that in the rats with ovariotomy; the change in the level of NPY in the hypothalamus may play an important role in the formation of the syndrome of splenic deficiency.
