摘  要:将氨基硅烷与双丙烯酸酯反应制备出了硅烷化丙烯酸酯预聚物(SPA1-SPA4),以此预聚物与丙烯酸酯和光敏剂等复配,制备了可紫外光/湿气双重固化的防护漆,考察了防护漆配方对其湿气固化和力学性能的影响。研究发现:当防护漆中SPA1(3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷与聚丙二醇二丙烯酸酯物质的量之比为1∶2.5)质量分数为12.5%、SPA4(3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷与二缩三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯物质的量之比为1∶2.5)质量分数为20.0%、丙烯酸异冰片酯质量分数为65.0%、2-羟基-2-甲基-1-苯基丙酮质量分数为2.5%时,经UV固化,漆膜表干时间为2 d,拉伸强度为9.30 MPa,断裂伸长率为24.93%,凝胶率为97.83%,吸水率为0.23%。A silylated acrylate prepolymer(SPA1-SPA4)was prepared by reacting with aminosilane and diacrylate.The protective coatings with UV/moisture dual curing was prepared by the prepolymer with acrylic ester and photosensitizer.The influence of the protective coatings on its moisture curing and mechanical properties was investigated.It was found that when SPA1(molar ratio of reactant KH550 and polypropylene glycol diacrylate was 1∶2.5)in protective coating was 12.5wt%,and SPA4(molar ratio of reactant KH550 and tripropylene glycol diacrylate was 1∶2.5)is 20.00wt%,IBOA was 65.0wt%,and 2-hydroxy-2-methyl-1-phenylacetone was 2.5wt%,after UV curing,the coating film has the surface curing time of 2 days,the tensile strength of 9.30 MPa,the elongation at break of 24.93%,the gel rate of 97.83%,and the water absorption rate of 0.23%.
