摘 要:以N-[3-(三甲氧基硅基)丙基]乙二胺(KH792)、十八酸正丁酯、正丁醇为原料,制备了一种长链烷基酯改性氨基硅烷偶联剂,并对其结构进行了表征;还将其用于脱甲醇型透明胶粘剂的制备,探究了改性氨基硅烷偶联剂对脱甲醇型透明胶粘剂力学性能、耐热抗黄变性能及对玻璃、PET塑料、PC塑料、阳极氧化铝型材粘接性能的影响。结果表明:KH792经十八酸正丁酯改性后,—NH2变为活性稍低的—CONH—,虽然氨基活性有所减弱,但是仍然对胶粘剂的表干加快和交联密度提升起到促进作用;但因没有活性质子,碱性减弱,并且具有除水功能,因而可提高胶粘剂的耐黄变及储存稳定性。长链烷基酯改性氨基硅烷偶联剂对大多数基材具有较好的粘接效果,尤其是对非极性材质的塑料表现出优越的粘接性能。A long-chain alkyl ester-modified aminosilane coupling agent was prepared with N-[3-(trimethoxysilyl)propyl]ethylenediamine(KH792),n-butyl octadecanate and n-butanol as raw materials.It was also used in the preparation of demethanol transparent adhesives,and the effects of modified aminosilane coupling agents on mechanical properties,anti-yellowing and heat resistance of demethanol transparent adhesives and the bonding properties of glass,PET plastics,PC plastics and anodized aluminum profiles were explored.The results showed that after KH792 was modified by n-butyl octadecanate,-NH 2 became-CONH-with less activity,although the activity of amino group is weakened,it still promoted the surface dryness and crosslinking density of the adhesive.However,because there are no active protons,the alkalinity was weak,it could remove the water,so it can improve the yellowing resistance and storage stability of the adhesive.The long-chain alkyl ester modified aminosilane coupling agent has excellent adhesion on most substrates,especially on nonpolar plastics.
