健康中国背景下中职院校学生健康素养的提升路径分析

摘  要:健康素养是中职院校人才培养的重要内容之一,对学生身心健康发展具有深远的积极作用。对5所中职院校在校学生进行问卷调查的结果显示,受访者对基本健康技能了解较多,认为自己具备较高的健康素养,但真正具备科学健康观的人数较少,仅占总人数的18.18%,且其健康素养会受到性别、专业、年龄等因素的影响。以健康教育为核心,提高学生的健康知识理论水平;以健康评价为抓手,创新学生健康素养评价模式;以健康服务为基础,增强中职院校的健康服务能力;以健康氛围为依托,营造和谐平安的健康成长氛围是提升中职院校学生健康素养的有效路径。Health literacy is one of the important contents of talent training in secondary vocational colleges,which plays a deep positive role in the development of students’physical and mental health.The results of the questionnaire survey on students in 5 secondary vocational colleges show that the respondents know more about basic health skills and think they have high level of health literacy,but the number of people who really have scientific health literacy is small,accounting for only 18.18%of the total number.Their health literacy is influenced by gender,major and age,etc.Taking health education as the core to improve students’theoretical level of health knowledge;taking health evaluation as the starting point,innovating the evaluation model of students’health literacy;strengthening health service ability of secondary vocational colleges based on health service;and creating a harmonious and safe healthy growth atmosphere based on the healthy atmosphere are the effective ways to improve the health literacy of students in secondary vocational colleges.
