摘 要:为研究油田井下环境中分离器内部流场规律,借助计算流体力学软件ANSYS-Workbench流固耦合模块,分析外部振动激励对分离器分离效率的影响。研究表明,位移载荷幅值在1.5 mm以下,振动频率在0~0.8 Hz时,分离效率保持在84.5%以上,该区间内振动频率对分离效率影响较小;在0.8~3.2 Hz,振动频率对分离效率几乎没有影响;在3.4~4.4 Hz,随着振动频率的增加分离效率下降趋势增大,振动频率为4.4 Hz时,分离效率降到83.29%,得出相同振幅下振动频率对分离效率的影响很小。为准确说明振动对分离效率的影响,需对固有频率下的大振幅值进行分析。在振动频率分别为0.6 Hz、3.4 Hz、4.1 Hz的条件下,位移载荷幅值在1.5~4.5 mm内变化,其余参数保持不变。结果表明,随着振幅值急剧增大,相同振动频率条件下,分离效率最高降低7.93%,旋流器分离效率的降低较为明显,说明振幅对分离效率影响较大,合理控制振动幅值是提高井下分离效率的有效方法。通过上述研究可为井下油水分离器研究及合理控制杆柱振动提供思路。In order to study the flow field rule of the flow field inside the separator in the downhole environment of the oilfield,the study analyzes the influence of external vibration excitation on the separation efficiency of the separator with the computational fluid dynamics software ANSYS-Workbench.The research shows that when the amplitude of displacement load is less than 1.5 mm,with the range of 0~0.8 Hz,the separation efficiency remains above 84.5%,and the vibration frequency has little effect on the separation efficiency.In the range of 0.8~3.2 Hz,the vibration frequency has no effect on the separation efficiency.In the range of 3.4~4.4 Hz,the decreasing trend of separation efficiency increases with the increase of vibration frequency.When the vibration frequency is 4.4 Hz,the separation efficiency drops to 83.29%.It is concluded that the vibration frequency has little influence on the separation efficiency at the same amplitude.In order to explain the effect of vibration on separation efficiency,it is necessary to analyze the large amplitude of vibration at natural frequency.When the vibration frequency is 0.6 Hz,3.4 Hz and 4.1 Hz,the amplitude of the displacement load varies within 1.5~4.5 mm,while the other parameters remain unchanged.The results show that with the amplitude increasing sharply,the separation efficiency can be reduced by 7.93%at the same vibration frequency,and the reduction of the separation efficiency of cyclone is more obvious.Therefore,the vibration amplitude has a great influence on the separation efficiency,and reasonable control of the vibration amplitude is an effective method to improve the separation efficiency.Through the above research,it provides reference for the study of downhole oil-water separator and reasonable control of rod vibration.
