摘  要:我国油田逐步进入高含水期,采出液中含有大量的油包水或水包油乳化液,增加了后续原油脱水难度。超声脱水技术具有清洁高效的特点,配合化学破乳剂在适当温度下使用,可大幅度提高原油采出液的破乳脱水效率。在众多超声波发生装置中,簧片哨式机械超声波发生器在振动发声的同时,还能利用射流冲击簧片的过程混合均化破乳药剂,提高采出液破乳脱水效率,在油田生产中具有广阔的应用前景。As domestic oil fields gradually enter the high water content stage,the produced petroleum contains a large amount of oil-in-water or oil-in-water emulsion,which increases the difficulty of subsequent crude oil dehydration.Ultrasound demulsification is an clean and efficient technology.It can greatly improve the demulsification and dehydration efficiency of crude oil produced liquid when being used with chemical demulsifier at appropriate temperature.In many ultrasonic generating devices,the mechanical ultrasonic generator of reed whistle can mix and homogenize demilking agents in the process of jet impacting the reed while vibrating and making sound.That not only can improve the efficiency of demulsification and dehydration of produced liquid,but also have broad application prospects in oilfield production.
