摘  要:中重型柴油机普遍采用涡轮增压来改善性能,但柴油机低速时涡轮增压器效率低,影响柴油机动力性和经济性。通过在涡轮增压柴油机基础上引入机械增压器,采用并联和串联不同的布置方式分析采用不同方式的机械增压对发动机稳态性能、瞬态性能的影响。结论是通过机械增压器的引入,可以明显改善发动机低速扭矩和瞬态响应,低负荷下整体油耗恶化,随负荷升高,油耗逐步改善。Turbocharger is generally used to improve the performance of medium and heavy diesel engines,but the efficiency of turbocharger is low at low speed,which affects the power performance and economy of diesel engines.By introducing the mechanical supercharger on the basis of turbocharged diesel engine,the influence of different modes of supercharging on the steady state and transient performance of the engine is analyzed by using different arrangement modes of parallel and series.The conclusion is that the low speed torque and transient response of the engine can be significantly improved by the introduction of the mechanical supercharger.The overall fuel consumption deteriorates under low load,and gradually improves with the increase of load.
