摘  要:燃油管路振动异响是由于燃油管路在燃油脉冲激励下产生共振并敲击车身钣金导致的。为解决这一问题,首先通过对燃油管路和车身钣金振动加速度随发动机转速的变化进行测量并对高压油泵工作时的燃油脉冲频率进行分析,确定了燃油管路异响时的激励频率,然后对整个燃油供给系统进行频率影响分析,最终确定了合理加长燃油管路为最经济快速的异响解决措施。经过小批量试装和一年多的批量装车验证,证明该措施有效,为其他工程类似问题提供了可行的参考方向。The abnormal vibration and noise of the fuel pipeline is caused by the resonance of the fuel pipeline under the excitation of fuel pulses,which strikes on the body sheet metal.To solve this problem,the vibration acceleration of the fuel pipeline and body sheet metal with engine speed change was measured,and the fuel pulse frequency of the high-pressure fuel pump during operation was analyzed to determine the stimulation frequency of the fuel line noise.Then,the frequency influence analysis of the entire fuel supply system was conducted,and it was ultimately determined that the most economical and rapid solution to the noise problem was to lengthen the fuel line.After a small batch trial and more than a year of batch installation verification,it was proven that this measure is effective and provides a feasible reference direction for similar problems in other engineering projects.
