摘  要:本文以电动车水源热泵空调系统为研究对象,通过理论和仿真计算不同工况的电机发热量,开发了集成阀水源热泵空调系统和策略。采用环模测试的方法,分析水源热泵及风源热泵性能差异。实验结果表明:在同一环境温度和目标温度舒适性,水源热泵系统能效比(COP)是风源热泵系统1.2倍左右,提高整车的续航里程;在非恶劣严寒地带,取消高压PTC的水源热泵系统能够满足乘客的采暖舒适性。This paper takes the water source heat pump air-conditioning system of electric vehicle as the research object,developing the integrated valve water source heat pump air-conditioning system and strategy and calculating the heat output of the motor in different working conditions through theory and simulation.The performance difference of water source heat pump and air source heat pump is analyzed by using ring mode test method.The experimental results show that the COP of the water source heat pump system is about 1.2 times that of the air source heat pump system at the same ambient temperature and the target temperature comfort,which improves the vehicle's driving range.In the non-severe cold zone,the water source heat pump system without PTC can meet the heating comfort of passengers.
