摘  要:针对某16V柴油机增压器漏油的故障,从引起漏油故障的可能因素增压器自身设计或零部件质量问题、进油压力过高、油温过低、回油背压过高、柴油机运行工况着手进行排查与分析。结果表明:当柴油机长期处于超限或低速、空载、低温等情况下运行时,柴油机排放废气量较少,增压器涡轮轮背处压力较低,涡端活塞环两端压差相对较大,增压器的密封性能未能达到最佳状态,是导致增压器漏油的根本原因。In view of the failure of turbocharger oil leakage of 16V diesel engine,analysis and investigations are conducted to find the possible factors causing turbocharger oil leakage,there are some possible factors:the design of turbocharger or quality problems of its components,too high oil intake pressure,too low oil temperature,too high oil return back pressure,working condition of diesel engine.The result shows that the primary cause of turbocharger oil leakage is long-term,multiple operate diesel engin under the condition of overruns,low temperature,low speed,no-load.
