摘  要:针对某船用V型柴油机在高工况运行时出现转速波动大故障,在故障处理时,首先对调速器转速设定机构的膜片、电液比例电磁阀、推力杆等进行了检查、清洗和部件更换;并对缓冲滑阀、针阀分别进行了检查、研磨和调整,故障现象未取得明显改善。之后,结合现场勘验时了解到的该机维修和调整情况,针对该机在近期空车转速调整较多的情况,根据调速器调速率补偿机构的杠杆、滚轮导轨和滚轮之间的传动关系,采用作图、对比的方法辅助进行故障原因分析。In response to the malfunction of a V-type marine diesel engine with large speed fluctuations during high operating conditions。When troubleshooting,the diaphragm,electro-hydraulic proportional solenoid valve,thrustrod,and other components of the speed setting mechanism of the governor were first inspected,cleaned,and replaced;and the buffer slide valve and needle valve were inspected,ground,and adjusted respectively,but the fault phenomenon did not improve significantly。based on the transmission relationship beween the lever,roller guide rail,and roller of the governor speed compenstion mechanism,a graphical and comparative method is used to assist in analyzing the cause of the malfunction.
