摘 要:汽车电控发动机点火系统是现代汽车发动机的重要组成部分之一,它能够确保引擎正常启动并稳定运行。随着汽车技术的不断发展,点火系统也不断升级,从传统的机械点火系统到现代的电控点火系统,点火系统的诊断和维修也变得越来越复杂和高端化。本文围绕汽车电控发动机点火系统,分别从概况、故障诊断和故障排除问题入手,详细阐述了点火无火花、点火火花弱、点火间歇性失效、点火系统短路和传感器故障等常见问题的成因和对策。针对每个问题,提供了相应的有效排除策略,旨在为汽车维修人员和车主提供有用的参考和帮助。Automotive electric control engine ignition system is one of the important parts of the modern automobile engine,it can ensure the normal engine start and stable operation.With the continuous development of automotive technology,the ignition system is also constantly upgraded,from the traditional mechanical ignition system to the modern electronic ignition system,the diagnosis and maintenance of the ignition system has become more and more complex and high-end.Focusing on the ignition system,starting with the general situation,fault diagnosis and troubleshooting problems,this paper expounds the causes and countermeasures of common problems such as ignition without spark,weak ignition spark,ignition intermittent failure,ignition system short circuit and sensor fault.For each problem,the corresponding effective exclusion strategy is provided,aiming to provide useful reference and help for automobile maintenance personnel and owners.
