摘 要:汽车制造等领域中,发动机的设计及加工极为复杂。端盖以铝合金等材料为主,是发动机的重要部件,其设计及加工精度直接影响发动机的性能。在加工发动机端盖类零件时,装夹和定位误差是制约精准度的主要因素,针对这一问题,本文基于数控加工技术,提出了一种可行的方法,可以有效地解决发动机端盖类零件在设计和加工过程中存在的问题,实现装备设计与加工的精准度和效率的提升。通过应用数控加工技术,可以实现加工过程的数字化和自动化,降低加工过程中的人为因素对精度的影响,从而提高加工质量和工作效率。In fields such as automotive manufacturing,the design and processing of engines are extremely complex.The end cover is mainly made of aluminum alloy and other materials,and is an important component of the engine.Its design and processing accuracy directly affect the performance of the engine.When machining engine end cover parts,clamping and positioning errors are the main factors that restrict accuracy.In response to this problem,this article proposes a feasible method based on CNC machining technology,which can effectively solve the problems existing in the design and processing of engine end cover parts,and achieve the improvement of equipment design and processing accuracy and efficiency.By applying CNC machining technology,the digitization and automation of the machining process can be achieved,reducing the impact of human factors on accuracy during the machining process,thereby improving machining quality and work efficiency.
