摘　　要：活性炭是装在炭罐内,并利用其吸附性能来实现临时吸附燃油蒸气的一种重要材料。随着国六排放法规的实施,提高了车用活性炭的性能与用量。长期以来车用活性炭一直由某外资品牌所主导。通过对国产化活性炭的工艺、质量、性能对比,以及炭罐总成、燃油系统和整车级别的对比验证,国产化活性炭性能符合相关技术要求,并与某外资产品性能基本一致。推广国产化活性炭将为主机厂提供灵活的设计方案,并实现成本降低,促进产业升级。Activated carbon is an important material that is installed in a carbon canister and utilizes its adsorption performance to temporarily adsorb fuel vapor.With the implementation of national emission regulations,the performance and dosage of automotive activated carbon have been improved.For a long time,automotive activated carbon has been dominated by a foreign brand.By comparing the process,quality,and performance of domestically produced activated carbon,as well as comparing and verifying the carbon canister assembly,fuel system,and vehicle level,the performance of domestically produced activated carbon meets relevant technical requirements and is basically consistent with the performance of a foreign product.Promoting domestic substitution activities will provide flexible design solutions for vehicle manufacturers,reduce costs,and promote domestic industrial upgrading.
