摘 要:将全过程数字化技术应用在电缆排管工程质量监测中,提高电缆排管工程总体质量水平。设计基于全过程的电缆排管工程质量监测总体结构,利用电缆排管机器人对电缆排管工程施工的前期现场数据勘察、中期排管工程施工、后期工程验收等实施监测,依据各阶段监测数据,构建电缆排管工程质量评价体系。通过层次分析法确定质量评价指标权重,得到模糊综合评价矩阵,依据最大隶属度原则确定电缆排管工程质量评价等级。实验结果表明,该方法评价电缆排管工程质量等级效果突出。The whole process digital technology is applied to the quality monitoring of the cable laying project,in order to improve the overall quality level of the cable laying project.The overall structure of the quality monitoring of the cable laying project based on the whole process is designed,and the cable laying robot is used to monitor the on-site data survey in the early stage of the cable laying project construction,the construction of the medium-term pipe laying project,and the later project acceptance.According to the monitoring data of each stage,a quality evaluation system of cable laying project is built,the weight of each evaluation index is determined by using analytic hierarchy process,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation matrix is obtained.The quality evaluation grade of cable laying project is determined according to the principle of maximum membership.The experimental results show that the method has outstanding effect in evaluating the quality grade of the cable piping project.
