摘 要:115 V/400 Hz三相中频电源被广泛应用于工业领域,传统的电源调频方式主要采用电位器手动调节,具有调整误差大且耗时长的不足。为了提升三相中频电源的调频精度和速度,提出一种基于PWM调频的三相中频电源设计方案,将PWM信号转换成脉冲信号,利用单片机计数精准的优势,实现对输出频率的快速精确调整。试验结果表明,电源频率受PWM信号精准控制,在320~420 Hz频率范围内调整精度达到0.1 Hz。The 115 V/400 Hz three-phase MF power supply is widely used in industrial fields.The traditional power frequency modulation mode mainly adopts potentiometer manual adjustment,which has the disadvantages of large adjustment error and long time-consuming.In order to improve the frequency modulation accuracy and speed of three-phase MF power supply,this paper proposes a design scheme of three-phase MF power supply based on PWM frequency modulation,which converts PWM signal into pulse signal,and uses the advantage of accurate counting of single chip microcomputer to realize the rapid and accurate adjustment of output frequency.The test results show that the frequency of the power supply is accurately controlled by PWM signal,and the adjustment accuracy reaches 0.1 Hz in the frequency range of 320~420 Hz.
