摘 要:目的:该研究旨在分析体育训练中造成运动损伤的原因、预防措施和康复手段方法。方法:整理6支队伍、64位参与者的体育训练相关资料,统计参与者的运动损伤情况,并分析造成运动损伤后的治疗方法。结果:在个人和团队项目中,重点康复位置为小腿、大腿肌群,容易受伤的位置主要是踝关节和髋关节;心理量表结果显示,在MHT心理健康测试量表中,男女学生在生理症状和冲动性上存在显著差异;用DSRSC评价学生抑郁水平,总得分为10.93~12.48分,总分显著偏高,但每组间无显著差异;ULS-8孤独量表结果偏差值为0.12~0.65,峰值数为2.13~3.25,总相关系数为0.44~0.73,孤独水平偏高,与个体差异有关。结论:总的来说,在赛前和暑期集训时心理疲劳周期性波动较大,运动损伤频率会提高,通过评估学生的身体功能、病因和训练需求,制订更专业的训练计划,调整学生心态,包括恢复训练、康复锻炼。因此,在体育训练过程中,应加强对运动损伤的预防,以确保训练人员的身体健康。Objective:This study aims to analyze the causes,prevention measures and rehabilitation tools of sports injuries in sports training.Methods:Collate the data related to sports training of 64 participants in six teams,count the sports injuries of participants,and analyze treatment methods after sports injuries.Results:In individual and team events,the key rehabilitation positions were calf and thigh muscle groups,and the positions prone to injuries were mainly ankle and hip joints;the results of the psychological scale showed that there were significant differences in physical symptoms and impulsivity between male and female students in the MHT scale;the depression level of students was evaluated by the DSRSC,and the total scores was 10.93~12.48,which was significantly higher,but there was no significant difference in each group;the deviation value of the results of the ULS-8 loneliness scale was 0.12~0.65,the peak number was 2.13~3.25,and the total correlation coefficient was 0.44~0.73,with the high level of loneliness,which was related to individual differences.Conclusion:In general,mental fatigue fluctuates periodically more during precompetitions and summer training,and the frequency of sports injuries will increase,so it is necessary to develop a more professional training plan and adjust students'mindset,including recovery training and rehabilitation exercises by evaluating students'physical functions,etiology and training needs.Therefore,in the sports training process,the prevention of sports injuries should be strengthened,so as to ensure the physical health of training personnel.
