摘 要:军队日常体能训练中骨骼肌肉损伤发生率非常高,骨骼肌肉损伤不仅严重影响着个人和集体的健康水平和训练进度,而且严重影响着军队人员的军事训练及战斗力水平,造成较大的军费开支,加重国家经济负担。该文将从骨骼肌肉损伤(MSIs)的研究现状、军事体能训练中导致骨骼肌肉损伤发生的危险因素等方面进行分析,以较为全面的研究视角进行综合分析。进而为构建科学的军事体能训练伤病预防体系提出预防策略与建议。为降低战斗人员在日常军事体能训练中骨骼肌肉损伤的风险和发生率提供参考。The incidence of musculoskeletal injuries is very high in the daily physical training of the military,and musculoskeletal injuries not only seriously affect the health level and training process of individuals and groups,but also seriously affect the military training and combat effectiveness of military personnel,which causes large military expenditure and increases the burden of national economy.This article will analyze the research status of musculoskeletal injury(MSIs)and the risk factors for musculoskeletal injuries in military physical training,make a comprehensive analysis from a more comprehensive research perspective,and then put forward prevention strategies and suggestions for constructing a scientific military physical training injury prevention system,so as to provide reference for reducing the risk and incidence of musculoskeletal injuries of combatants in daily military physical training.
