基于循证证据的沙尘暴应急救援药品保障目录初探

摘　　要：目的 系统分析沙尘暴灾害引发疾病及救援药品,为医疗机构应对沙尘暴灾害救援任务提供参考。方法 通过检索中国知识资源总库(CNKI)、万方、PubMed等7个电子数据库,选取“沙尘暴灾害”等为标题或主题词的文献,筛选其中与“疾病”“药品”等相关的文献,经全文鉴定后纳入研究。纳入后将沙尘暴与疾病及医学相关的部分提取列入疾病谱的统计对象;与药品及药物相关的部分作为沙尘暴灾害药品目录的参考及理论依据。对收集到的数据采用Excel 2021及Prism软件进行计算及统计分析,确定沙尘暴类灾害疾病谱及救援药品保障目录。结果 在7个数据库中获得沙尘暴灾害相关文献1 172篇,其中48篇沙尘暴灾害与医学及药学相关,39篇可进行沙尘暴灾害与疾病相关性分析研究;通过参考指南与书籍,分析沙尘暴灾害与疾病相关性,列出疾病谱,即沙尘暴灾害主要影响呼吸系统和循环系统疾病,沙尘暴灾害后接受急救的病例比非沙尘暴日显著增加;根据沙尘暴灾害后疾病流行的原因、病种特点及防治原,在已建立的应急药品通用模块基础上,增补沙尘暴灾害中特殊使用的20种药品。结论 课题组通过构建沙尘暴灾害的应急救援疾病谱,探索符合沙尘暴灾害的应急救援药品,提高整体效能,为应急医学救援行动模拟提供新的思路和理论基础。Objective To systematically analyze the diseases caused by sandstorm disasters and rescue drugs,so as to provide reference for medical institutions to respond to the rescue tasks of sandstorm disasters.Methods By searching seven electronic databases,including China National Knowledge Internet(CNKI),Wanfang and PubMed with"sandstorm disaster"as the title/subject word was selected,and the documents related to"disease"and"drugs"were selected,and included in the study after full text identification.After inclusion,the parts of sandstorm related to diseases and medicine are extracted into the statistical objects of the disease spectrum;the part related to drugs and drugs are used as the reference and theoretical basis of the sandstorm disaster drug list,and the collected data were calculated and analyzed by Excel 2021 and Prism software to determine the sandstorm disaster disease spectrum and rescue drug guarantee list.Results 1172 sandstorm disaster related articles were obtained in 7 databases,Among them,48 articles were related to medicine and pharmacy,39 literatures can be analyzed and studied on the correlation between sandstorm disasters and diseases;through the reference guide and books,the analyze the correlation of sandstorm disaster and disease,list the disease spectrum,that is,the sandstorm disease mainly affects the respiratory system and circulatory system,the cases receiving first aid after the sandstorm disaster are significantly increased than the non-sandstorm day.According to the causes of the epidemic,disease characteristics and prevention source,based on the established emergency drug module,supplement 20 drugs for special use in the sandstorm disaster.Conclusion By constructing the emergency rescue spectrum of sandstorm disaster,the research group explored emergency rescue drugs in line with sandstorm disaster,improved the overall efficiency,and provided new ideas and theoretical basis for emergency medical rescue operation simulation.
