美无痕医用胶结合全层缝合颈阔肌皮下及真皮层与传统缝合方法对切口闭合效果的对比研究

摘　　要：目的评价改良生物胶在甲状腺手术中应用的临床价值。方法选取2021年6月-2022年6月徐州医科大学附属医院甲乳外科收治的120例甲状腺手术患者作为观察对象。采用随机数字表法将全部患者分为三组,每组40例。其中,40例患者术中使用改良生物胶法关闭切口[命名为改良生物胶组(美无痕医用胶)],40例患者术中使用传统生物胶法关闭切口(命名为传统生物胶组),40例患者术中使用皮内缝合法关闭切口(命名为皮内缝合组)。比较三组的手术切口闭合时间、术后疼痛评分、术后切口愈合及瘢痕情况。结果三组的切口闭合时间、术后疼痛评分、切口愈合及瘢痕情况的比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论在甲状腺手术中应用改良生物胶法(美无痕医用胶)关闭手术切口,不但可以明显缩短切口闭合时间,减轻术后疼痛,促进愈合,而且可有效控制瘢痕增生。Objective To evaluate the clinical value of modified bio glue in thyroid surgery.Methods From June 2021 to June 2022,120 patients with thyroid surgery were enrolled in the Thyroid and Breast Surgery Department of the Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University.All patients were divided into 3 groups using a random number table method,with 40 patients in each group.Among them,40 patients used the improved biological glue method to close the incision during surgery(named the improved biological glue group),40 patients used the traditional biological glue method to close the incision during surgery(named the traditional biological glue group),and 40 patients used the intradermal suture method to close the incision during surgery(named the intradermal suture group).Results Closing time of Surgical incision,postoperative pain score,postoperative incision healing and scar status were compared among the three groups.The comparison of incision closure time,postoperative pain score,incision healing,and scar condition among the three groups showed statistically significant differences(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of modified bio glue method to close the Surgical incision in thyroid surgery can not only significantly shorten the time of incision closure,alleviate postoperative pain,promote healing,but also effectively control scar hyperplasia.
