摘　　要：目的观察骨化三醇胶囊联合厄贝沙坦对糖尿病肾病(DN)患者肾组织纤维化指标及炎性因子水平的影响。方法按照随机数字表法将鄱阳县人民医院2019年8月-2022年8月期间收治的80例DN患者分为两组,每组各40例。两组患者均接受常规降糖治疗。对照组服用厄贝沙坦,在此基础上,观察组联合骨化三醇胶囊治疗,连续治疗3个疗程。比较两组治疗前后肾组织纤维化指标、炎性因子水平、肾功能指标及治疗期间不良反应情况。结果两组治疗后HA、Ⅳ-C、PC-Ⅲ均降低,且观察组较对照组低(P<0.05);两组治疗后IL-6、hs-CRP、TNF-α水平降低,且观察组较对照组低(P<0.05);两组治疗后mAIb、24hPro降低,且观察组较对照组低(P<0.05);治疗期间未见严重不良反应。结论骨化三醇胶囊联合厄贝沙坦可抑制DN患者肾组织纤维化,降低炎性因子浸润性损伤,利于肾功能的改善,且联合治疗安全性较高。Objective To observe the effect of calcitriol capsule combined with irbesartan on renal fibrosis and inflammatory factors in patients with diabetes nephropathy(DN).Method 80 DN patients admitted to the hospital from August 2019 to August 2022 were divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 40 patients in each group.Both groups of patients received routine hypoglycemic treatment.The control group received irbesartan,and on this basis,the observation group was treated with calcitriol capsules for three consecutive courses of treatment.Compare the renal fibrosis indicators,inflammatory factor levels,renal function indicators,and adverse reactions during treatment between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,HA,IV-C,and PC-III levels decreased in both groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);the level of IL-6,hs-CRP,TNF-αafter treatment in two groups decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,mAIb and 24hPro decreased in both groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);no serious adverse reactions were observed during the treatment period.Conclusion The combination of calcitriol capsules and irbesartan can inhibit renal tissue fibrosis in DN patients,reduce inflammatory factor infiltration damage,and facilitate the improvement of renal function.Moreover,the combined treatment has high safety.
