分区定位法在药房药品规范化管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的分析分区定位法在药房药品规范化管理中的应用价值。方法选择2020年11月-2022年10月40名药房工作人员为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各20例,对照组实施常规药品管理,观察组实施药品分区定位管理,分析两组药品不良事件发生率、执业药师工作质量和工作人员满意度等。结果观察组差错事件发生率远低于对照组;观察组执业药师工作质量各维度远高于对照组;观察组工作满意度远高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论分区定位法可以有效提高药房药品规范化管理效果,减少药品差错事件发生率,提高工作人员的工作质量以及积极性,确保患者用药安全。Objective To analyze the application value of area location method in drug standardized management of Pharmacy.Methods A total of 40 pharmacy staff from November 2020 to October 2022 were randomly divided into observation group(n=20)and control group(n=20),the incidence of adverse drug events,work quality and job satisfaction of licensed pharmacists were analyzed.Results The incidence of error events in the observation group was much lower than that in the control group,the dimensions of the work quality of licensed pharmacists in the observation group were much higher than those in the control group,and the job satisfaction in the observation group was much higher than that in the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The method can effectively improve the effect of standardized drug management,reduce the incidence of drug errors,improve the quality and enthusiasm of staff,and ensure the safety of drug use.
