摘 要:目的了解护理骨干在外出参加ICU专科护士培训期间的真实心理体验,为进一步完善ICU专科护士培养计划提供理论依据。方法采用目的抽样的方法,以在安徽省某三甲医院接受ICU专科护士培训的10名学员为研究对象,通过个人深度访谈和焦点团体访谈的形式,将获得的资料以现象学研究方法进行整理分析,并提炼主题。结果护理骨干外出参加ICU专科护士培训对职业认同感和学习积极性具有正性激励作用,同时也伴随着考核压力大、对家庭的顾虑等负性心理体验。结论护理骨干外出参加ICU专科护士培训有助于护士的快速成长,培养单位和用人单位均需提供一定的支持来促进学员的角色转变,同时,学员也应提高自身的心理调适水平。Objective To understand the real psychological experience of nursing backbone during their study in ICU,and to provide theoretical basis for further improving the training plan of ICU nurses.Methods With the method of purposive sampling,10 students who were trained as ICU nurses in a 3A hospital in Anhui Province were taken as the research objects.Through personal in-depth interviews and focus group interviews,the obtained data were sorted and analyzed by phenomenological research methods,and the themes were refined.Results Backbone nurses'going out to study in ICU has a positive incentive effect on their professional identity and learning enthusiasm,and it is also accompanied by negative psychological experiences such as heavy examination pressure and family worries.Conclusion It is helpful for nurses'rapid growth for nursing backbone to go out to study in ICU.Both training units and employers need to provide some support to promote the role change of students,and at the same time,students should improve their psychological adjustment level.
