摘　　要：目的探究王玉玲验方止痉散贴敷治疗小儿高热惊厥的疗效。方法选取2021年1月-2022年1月姜堰中医院儿科门诊和住院的符合高热惊厥诊断的患儿90例为研究对象,在随机数字表中从任意位置开始按顺序取数,划分为中医治疗组、常规对照组、面粉治疗组,每组30例,对比三组疗效及安全性。结果中医治疗组治疗24h、治疗3d体温低于常规对照组、面粉治疗组(P<0.05);中医治疗组入院后、出院1年内抽搐发作次数最低(P<0.05);中医治疗组症状改善情况最佳,P<0.05,治疗后实验室指标对比,中医治疗组数值更低,P<0.05。中医治疗组总有效率高于常规对照组、面粉治疗组(P<0.05)。结论王玉玲验方止痉散贴敷治疗小儿高热惊厥疗效显著,同时无明显不良反应,安全性较高,有临床推广价值。Objective To explore the curative effect of Wang Yuling prescription for antispasmodic powder on children with febrile convulsion.Methods A total of 90 pediatric patients diagnosed with febrile convulsion in the outpatient and inpatient departments of our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the study objects.The patients were divided into traditional Chinese medicine treatment group,conventional control group and flour treatment group,with 30 cases in each group,and the efficacy and safety of the three groups were compared.Results The body temperature of TCM treatment group was lower than that of conventional control group and flour treatment group after 24h and 3d treatment(P<0.05).The number of convulsions in the Chinese medicine treatment group was the lowest in the first year after admission and discharge(P<0.05).The improvement of symptoms in the Chinese medicine treatment group was the best(P<0.05),and the value of laboratory index after treatment was lower in the Chinese medicine treatment group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of TCM treatment group was higher than that of conventional control group and flour treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion Wang Yuling prescription antispasmodic powder is effective in the treatment of children with febrile convulsion without obvious side effects,and has high safety and clinical popularization value.
