平衡火罐联合改良后中药热奄包治疗颈肩疼痛的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨平衡火罐联合改良后中药热奄包治疗颈肩疼痛的效果。方法选取2022年2月-2023年2月就诊于云南省中医医院的76例颈肩疼痛症患者,依据随机数字表法分成常规组和研究组,每组38例。常规组应用平衡火罐进行治疗,研究组在常规组基础上应用平衡火罐联合改良后中药热奄包进行治疗。比较两组临床治疗效果、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分以及肩关节功能评分。结果研究组治疗总有效率高于常规组,存在统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组VAS评分低于常规组,存在统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后研究组疼痛程度、肩关节活动范围、肌肉力量、日常生活活动能力、局部形态评分均高于常规组,存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对颈肩疼痛症患者实施平衡火罐联合改良后中药热奄包治疗后,患者临床治疗效果明显提高,疼痛程度缓解,在一定程度上能够改善患者肩关节功能,短期效果显著。Objective To explore the effect of balance cupping combined with improved traditional Chinese medicine hot package in the treatment of neck and shoulder pain.Methods Seventy-six patients with neck and shoulder pain in our hospital from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected and divided into the conventional group and the study group according to the random number table method,with 38 cases in each group.The conventional group was treated with balanced cupping,and the study group was treated with balanced cupping combined with improved traditional Chinese medicine hot package on the basis of the conventional group.The clinical treatment effect,visual analogue scale(VAS)score and shoulder joint function score were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the conventional group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS score of the study group was lower than that of the conventional group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of pain,range of motion of shoulder joint,muscle strength,activities of daily living and local morphology in the study group were higher than those in the conventional group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of balance cupping combined with improved traditional Chinese medicine hot package in the treatment of patients with neck and shoulder pain can significantly improve the clinical treatment effect,relieve pain,and improve shoulder joint function to a certain extent,and has a significant short-term effect on patients.
