银马解毒颗粒、肺力咳合剂、桔贝合剂和复方鲜竹沥液的平喘及解热作用研究

摘　　要：目的分析银马解毒颗粒、肺力咳合剂、桔贝合剂和复方鲜竹沥液的平喘及解热作用。方法选取天津市河东区中山门街社区卫生服务中心于2021年1月-2022年12月期间收治的120例慢阻肺患者作为研究对象,随机分为五组,每组患者均为24例,其中对照组给予左旋氧氟沙星和生理盐水静脉滴注,观察A组给予银马解毒颗粒治疗,观察B组给予肺力咳合剂治疗,观察C组给予桔贝合剂治疗,观察D组给予复方鲜竹沥液治疗,比较五组患者临床疗效、治疗前后肺功能变化及临床症状评分。结果观察A、B、C、D组的临床治疗效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05),其中观察A组的解热作用更优异,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗前,五组患者的肺功能比较,未见明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后,观察A、B、C、D组的肺功能明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。五组患者治疗前临床症状评分比较,未见明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后,观察A、B、C、D组的临床症状评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论银马解毒颗粒、肺力咳合剂、桔贝合剂和复方鲜竹沥液均能平喘、解热,其中四种制剂的平喘作用均等,而银马解毒颗粒的解热作用更加显著。Objective To analyze the antiasthmatic and antipyretic effects of Yinma Jiedu granules,Feilike mixture,Jubei mixture and compound fresh bamboo leachate.Methods A total of 120 COPD patients admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into five groups,with 24 patients in each group.The control group was given levofloxacin and saline intravenous infusion;the observation Group A receiving treatment with Yinma Jiedu Granules,Group B receiving treatment with Feilike Mixture,Group C receiving treatment with Jubei Mixture,and Group D receiving treatment with Compound Fresh Bamboo Liquor.The clinical efficacy,changes in lung function before and after treatment,clinical symptom scores,and adverse reactions of five groups of patients were compared.Results The clinical therapeutic effect of observation groups A,B,C and D was significantly better than that of control group(P<0.05),but the antipyretic effect of observation group A was better,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in lung function between the five groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the lung function of groups A,B,C and D was significantly better than that of control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in clinical symptom scores between the five groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the clinical symptom scores of groups A,B,C and D was significantly better than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yinma Jiedu Granules,Feilike mixture,Jubei mixture and compound fresh bamboo leachate can all relieve asthma and fever,and the antiasthmatic effects of the four preparations are equal,while the antipyretic effects of Yinma Jiedu granules are more significant.
