摘 要:针对核电厂总体用水量大,用水去向不明确,废水综合利用不彻底等问题,本文以某核电厂初可研阶段用水设计为研究基础,结合生产经验,对用水排水流程进行了优化。通过对全厂采用高效节水措施和废水综合利用工艺,实现废水的梯级利用、分类处理、分质回用。用水流程优化后,降低了核电厂淡水取水量,保证了全厂节水及废水的综合利用,为该核电厂后续水工、化学设计提供参考。Nuclear power plants face problems such as the large water consumption,unclear water destination and utilization deficiency of wastewater.Based on the water design in the initial feasibility study stage and production experience,the water use and drainage process is optimized in this paper.High efficiency water-saving methods and comprehensive utilization technologies of wastewater are applied to achieve the step utilization,classification and reuse of wastewater.After the optimization of the water use process,the fresh water intake of the nuclear power plant is reduced,and the water saving methods and comprehensive utilization of the wastewater are applied in the whole plant.The paper provides a reference for the subsequent hydraulic and chemical design of the nuclear power plant.
