摘 要:为验证三代核电厂大口径卸压系统管线实施冰塞作业的安全可靠性,模拟管线的实际工况对冰塞形成过程进行试验验证分析,并在评估反复冰塞作业后,对管材损伤进行试验研究。可靠性验证过程包括有限元模拟计算和理化试验两部分内容。基于ANSYS软件的运用,对核电站卸压系统管线冰塞形成过程中管道温度场进行模拟计算,进而得出冰塞形成的确切时刻,以及某时域内冰塞厚度的变化情况,以保证冰塞形成后具有一定的强度。理化试验主要分为金相组织检验、显微硬度测试、夏比冲击试验、常温拉伸试验和扫描电镜断口分析。并根据上述结果分析,对现有的冰塞作业进行优化建议,对核电厂冰塞作业程序进行评估改进。In order to verify the safety and reliability of the ice plug operation in the large-diameter pressure relief system pipeline of the third-generation nuclear power plant,the actual working conditions of the pipeline are simulated to carry out experimental verification and analysis of the ice plug formation process.After repeated ice plug operations are evaluated, the experimental study on the damage of the pipe is carried out. The reliability verificationprocess includes two parts: finite element simulation calculation, and physical and chemicaltests. Based on the application of the ANSYS software, the temperature field of the pipelineduring the formation of the ice plug in the pressure relief system of the nuclear power plant issimulated and calculated, and then the exact moment of the ice plug formation and the changeof the thickness of the ice plug in a certain time domain are obtained to ensure the formation ofthe ice plug. Afterwards, it has a certain strength. The physical and chemical tests includemicrostructure examination, microhardness test, Charpy impact test, normal temperaturetensile test, metallographic structure inspection, and scanning electron microscope fractureanalysis. Based on the analysis of the above results, optimization suggestions are made for theexisting ice jam operation, and the ice jam operation procedure of the nuclear power plant isevaluated and improved.
