摘 要:钠冷快堆通过金属绕丝定位,绕丝在加强冷却剂交混、促进对流换热、减小机械振动等方面具有重要的作用。本文通过计算流体力学(CFD)建立钠冷快堆环形燃料组件的相关数学物理模型,就绕丝所引起冷却剂在子通道的流动特性展开研究。研究表明:冷却剂在子通道内的流动呈现周期性,周期为一个螺距(100 mm);中心子通道内冷却剂的流动受相邻棒束的三个绕丝的影响,绕丝的交混作用更强,流动更加稳定;子通道横向流最大为1.74 m/s,横向流最大的位置随着绕丝螺旋结构缠绕位置的不同而变化;子通道间隙内的归一化横向流具有周期性。本文为钠冷快堆环形燃料组件的进一步优化设计提供数据支撑,具有一定的研究意义。The sodium-cooled fast reactor is positioned by metal wires,which plays an important role in enhancing coolant mixing,promoting convection heat transfer and reducing mechanical vibration.In this study,the mathematical and physical model of the annular fuel assembly of the sodium-cooled fast reactor is established by computational fluid dynamics(CFD),and the coolant flow characteristics in the sub-channels caused by wire-wrap are studied.The results show that the coolant flow in the sub-channels is periodic,and the period is one pitch(100 mm).The coolant flow in the central sub-channel is affected by the three wires of adjacent rod bundles,and the mixing effect of the wires is stronger and the flow is more stable.The maximum transverse flow is 1.74 m/s,and the position of the maximum transverse flow varies with the winding position of the spiral structure.This paper provides a reference for further optimization design of annular fuel assembly for the sodium-cooled fast reactor,and has certain research significance.
