摘 要:核电厂机组生产的富余电量可用来电解水制氢,氢气的收益可以提高经济性。核电制氢也是大规模、低成本、高效零碳制备绿氢的最佳选择。通过参数计算和流程设计,为核电厂制氢站配置合理的设计方案。经研究论证,按照20 MW用电量规划,配备4台规格为1 000 Nm^(3)/h的碱性制氢设备,氢气运送至压缩站压缩成20 MPa的高压氢气,运往储氢区或运氢区。运氢区设有8台氢气充装柱,可将高压氢气充入长管拖车,送至用户处。同时,对辅助设施系统也给出了详细的设计方案。本设计方案具有工程可实施性,为核电厂制氢提供了设计参考和借鉴。The surplus electricity produced by nuclear power plant can be used to electrolyze water to produce hydrogen,and the income of hydrogen can improve the economy of nuclear power plant.And it is also the best choice for large-scale,low-cost,efficient and zero carbon production of green hydrogen.Through parameter calculation and process design,a reasonable design scheme is configured for the hydrogen production station of nuclear power plant.According to the 20 MW power consumption planning,the traditional alkaline electrolytic hydrogen production method can be adopted,and four equipment with the specification of 1000 Nm3/h are equipped. The hydrogen is transported to the compression station andcompressed into 20 MPa high-pressure hydrogen.The hydrogen is sent to the storage tank areaor the transportation area. There are 8 hydrogen filling columns in the area. The long tubetrailer will send hydrogen to the users. Detailed designs scheme for the auxiliary facilitysystem are also given. This design scheme has the feasibility of engineering implementationand provides design reference for hydrogen production in nuclear power plant.
