摘　　要：基于当前大学校园中经常出现学生需要办事但是却找不到办事的部门,身边多余的闲置物品得不到可循环利用,造成资源浪费等问题,通过对校园服务系统进行研究与探讨,立足于优化校园生活、提高学生体验的角度,探索出一套适用于校园的、高效的校园服务系统——校园帮帮手,提供一站式申请与处理,为校园打造一个目标明确、服务高效的一站式平台。系统中工单模块具有短信、邮件提醒功能,对接部门可以在第一时间处理学生各种问题;同时系统还具有失物招领、跳骚市场与学生生活息息相关的功能,解决学生的生活问题。Based on the problem of students need to do things but can not find the department to do things in the university,around the redundant idle goods can not be recycled,resulting in resource waste and other problems.Through research and explora-tion of campus service systems,based on the optimization of campus life,improve the learning experience of the perspective,ex-plore a set of suitable for campus,efficient campus service system,to provide one-stop application and processing,for the campus to create a clear goal,efficient one-stop platform.The work order module in the system can be reminded by SMS and email,so that the docking department can deal with various problems of students in the first time;at the same time,the system also has lost and found,flea market and students’life closely related functions,to solve students’life problems.
