摘  要:利用Gleeble-1500D热模拟机研究了Cu-0.98Ni-0.24P合金变形量为50%、温度为700~850℃,应变速率为0.01~5 s^(-1)下的热变形行为,建立了考虑温度补偿的本构方程,并对其进行了修正。结果表明,Cu-0.98Ni-0.24P合金在700、750℃下流变应力无明显峰值应力,以动态回复为主;在800、850℃下应变速率为0.01 s^(-1)时流变应力出现峰值应力,发生了完全的动态再结晶。对修正后的本构方程进行模拟计算,发现计算值与实际值吻合。根据热加工图,获取了在试验条件范围内Cu-0.98Ni-0.24P合金的最佳热加工参数:温度为700~780℃、应变速率为0.01~0.1 s^(-1)和温度为800~840℃、应变速率为0.01~5 s^(-1)。The hot deformation behavior of Cu-0.98Ni-0.24P alloy under deformation of 50%,temperature range of 700~850℃and strain rate range of 0.01~5 s^(-1)was investigated by Gleeble-1500D thermal simulation machine.The constitutive equation considering temperature compensation was established and modified.The results indicate that the flow stress of Cu-0.98Ni-0.24P alloy exhibits absence of peak stress at 700℃and 750℃,which is dominated by dynamic recovery.At 800℃and 850℃and strain rate of 0.01 s^(-1),the peak stress appears and complete dynamic recrystallization occurs.The modified constitutive equation is simulated and calculated,and the calculated is value in consistent with the actual value.According to the hot processing diagram,the optimal parameters of Cu-0.98Ni-0.24P alloy in the test range are obtained as 700~780℃,0.01~0.1 s^(-1)and 800~840℃,0.01~5 s^(-1).
