摘 要:通过冷喷涂、冷喷涂-阳极氧化对WE43镁合金进行复合表面处理,采用高锰酸钾点滴试验,动电位极化曲线,扫描电镜(SEM/EDS),X射线衍射(XRD)等测试手段,研究了涂层的腐蚀行为。结果表明,经冷喷涂处理制备的涂层表面致密,相较于镁合金基体自腐蚀电位提高了0.864 V,自腐蚀电流密度降低至2.1×10^(-5)A/cm^(2),点滴试验时间由5 s增加至59 s;冷喷涂-阳极氧化复合涂层相较于镁合金基体自腐蚀电位提高了1.097 V,自腐蚀电流密度降低至3.16×10^(-7)A/cm^(2),自腐蚀电流密度相较于单一冷喷涂处理下降了两个数量级,点滴试验时间由5 s增加至478 s;采用冷喷涂处理和冷喷涂-阳极氧化复合处理均能提高WE43镁合金的耐蚀性能。The composite surface treatment of WE43 magnesium alloy was carried out by cold spraying and cold sprayinganodizing treatment.The corrosion behavior of the coating was analyzed by potassium permanganate drop test,potentiodynamic polarization curve,scanning electron microscopy(SEM/EDS),X-ray diffraction(XRD)and other test methods.The results reveal that the surface of pure aluminum coating prepared by cold spraying treatment presents dense.Compared with the magnesium alloy substrate,the self-corrosion potential of the pure aluminum coating is increased by 0.864 V,and the self-corrosion current density is reduced to 2.1×10^(-5)A/cm^(2).The drip time is increased from 5 s to 59 s.Compared with the magnesium alloy substrate,the self-corrosion potential of the cold spraying-anodic oxidation composite coating is increased by 1.097 V,the self-corrosion current density is reduced to 3.16×10^(-7)A/cm^(2),and the self-corrosion current density is reduced by two orders of magnitude compared with those of the single cold spraying treatment.Drip test time is increased from 5 s to 478 s.In anclusion,the corrosion resistance of WE43 was improved by cold spraying and cold spraying-anodic oxidation composite treatment.
