摘 要:介绍了铝合金支架压铸件结构特点及品质要求,其难点为铸件在4个安装支脚处的内部品质控制,要求其内部品质达到孔隙率D5的要求。在压铸模设计中采用局部增压技术,对局部增压的工艺参数包括挤压压力、挤压时间、挤压行程,采用正交试验方法,进行工艺优化。最终确定优化的工艺参数:挤压压力为300 MPa,挤压开始时间为1.0 s,挤压杆的挤压行程为8 mm。优化后的挤压参数经批量生产验证,铸件孔隙率能够满足D5要求。The structural features and quality requirements of aluminum alloy die castings were analyzed.The difficulty in the development of the product is the internal quality control of the castings at the four mounting legs.In order to meet the internal quality requirements of porosity D5,local pressurization technology was adopted in die casting design.The process parameters of local pressurization including squeezing pressure,squeezing time and squeezing movement distance were optimized by orthogonal test.The desirable squeezing parameters are determined as follows:the squeezing pressure of 300 MPa,the squeezing starting time of 1.0 s,and the squeezing movement distance of the squeezing rod of 8 mm.The optimized squeezing parameters was verified by batch of production,and the porosity of the casting can meet the D5 requirements.
