摘 要:为解决土地收储管理中业务信息冗余或缺失、收储项目查询统计效率低、资金实时监控难等问题,开展了二三维一体化GIS技术在土地收储管理平台建设中的应用的研究工作。本文介绍了二三维一体化GIS技术、平台建设的目标、框架、数据库和功能实现。实践证明,该平台有效地整合了土地收储的各类数据资源,实现了土地收储数据的二三维一体化展示、查询和统计,土地收储业务管理和土地收储资金实时监控管理等功能,让土地收储管理更加精细化、动态化和智能化。In order to solve the problems in land collection and storage management,such as redundancy or loss of business information,low efficiency of query and statistics of collection and storage projects,and difficulty in real-time monitoring of funds,research on the construction of land collection and storage management platform based on two-dimensional and three-dimensional integrated GIS technology was carried out.This paper introduces the goal,framework,database and function realization of two-dimensional and three-dimensional integrated GIS technology,platform construction.Practice has proved that the platform effectively integrates all kinds of data resources of land collection and storage,realizes the two-dimensional and three-dimensional integrated display,query and statistics of land collection and storage data,land collection and storage business management and real-time monitoring and management of land collection and storage funds,and makes land collection and storage management more refined,dynamic and intelligent.
