摘　　要：为解决城市违法建设控制难、移动巡查难以及执法难等问题,提出了基于移动端开发城市违法建设管理系统App的方法。文本利用GIS、GPS、移动互联以及混合App技术,基于React移动开发框架,利用ES6 Javascript开发语言和Maptalks开源地图引擎,开发城市违法建设管理系统移动端App,实现了违法建设图斑采集、编辑、展示、定位和查询,移动巡查管理和现场执法管理等功能,为城市违法建设的发现、核查和执法等工作的开展提供了极大便利,有效提高了城市违法建设管理水平。In order to solve the problems such as difficult control of urban illegal construction,difficult mobile inspection and difficult law enforcement,the method of developing urban illegal construction management system App based on mobile terminal is proposed.Using GIS,GPS,mobile Internet and hybrid App technology,based on React mobile development framework,it uses ES6 Javascript development language and Maptalks open source map engine to develop the mobile App of urban illegal construction management system.It has realized the collection,editing,display,positioning and query of illegal construction map spots,mobile inspection management and on-site law enforcement management,which provide great convenience for the discovery,verification and law enforcement of illegal construction in the city,and effectively improve the level of urban illegal construction management.
