林草湿与国土三调数据对接融合软件设计与实现

摘　　要：根据“林草湿与第三次全国国土调查数据对接融合”(以下简称“对接融合”)工作需求,研发了专业软件,软件基于GIS技术,以生产对接融合成果为目的,实现了小班细化、属性赋值、数据质检、成果产出等功能。本文对自动融合、自动赋值、细碎合并等关键创新性技术进行了介绍,与现有软件相比,本软件产出的成果具有碎斑少、数据量小、图面整洁等优点,软件研发思路为今后国土与林草湿数据对接融合提供了经验,对自然资源与其他专项调查数据对接融合也具有借鉴意义。According to the work requirements of“data fusion of forest,grassland and wetland with the third national land survey”,the professional software has been developed.The software is developed based on GIS technology,with the purpose of data fusion production,it has realized the functions of massifs division,attribute assignment,data quality inspection,result output,etc.In this paper,the key innovative technologies such as automatic fusion,automatic assignment and detail merging are introduced.Compared with the existing software,the results produced by this software have the advantages of less broken massifs,small amount of data,clean map,etc.The software R&D ideas provide valuable experience for the future data fusion of forest grassland wetland with nationwide land survey,and also have reference significance for the natural resources and other special investigations.
