摘  要:针对地质勘查项目因位置分布点多、线长、面广,加之安全生产监管人数有限的特点,无法全覆盖实现安全隐患排查痕迹化监管的现状,本文提出基于LBS、全文检索、AIR富客户端、微信小程序等技术,融合互联网+、云计算、WebGIS等新一代信息技术,设计安全隐患排查痕迹化监管系统,以线下线上相结合的方式实现安全隐患排查全覆盖和痕迹化管理。以甘肃省地矿局地勘项目安全生产隐患排查为例,利用该系统实现了安全隐患排查信息的全过程管理,以线下线上相结合的方式,解放了劳动力、提高了排查效率、扩大了排查范围、保障了项目安全生产,在同类型项目实现安全隐患排查痕迹化管理中具有实用性和可借鉴性。In view of the current situation that geological exploration projects cannot fully cover the trace supervision of potential safety hazards due to the characteristics of many locations,long lines and wide areas,as well as the limited number of safety production supervisors.Based on LBS,full-text retrieval,AIR rich client and Wechat Applet technology are proposed,combining with the new generation of information technology,such as Internet plus,cloud computing and WebGIS,we designed a trace surveillance system for hidden dangers,and implemented the full coverage and trace management of security risks through the combination of online and offline.Taking the investigation of potential safety hazards of geological exploration projects of Gansu Bureau of Geology and Mineral Resources as an example,the whole process management of potential safety hazard investigation information is realized by using the system,which liberates the labor force,improves the investigation efficiency,expands the investigation scope and ensures the safe production of the project,It is practical and referential in realizing trace management of potential safety hazard investigation in similar projects.
