京津冀协同发展对企业成长的影响效应及作用机制

摘　　要：基于2010-2020年中国上市公司样本数据,采用双重差分方法实证检验了京津冀协同发展战略对企业成长的影响效应、作用机制及异质性表现。结果显示:与对照组企业相比,京津冀协同发展战略的实施显著地促进了实验组企业的成长。机制检验表明,京津冀协同发展战略主要通过促进企业投资支出率的提升和降低企业经营成本两条路径来促进企业的成长。异质性分析发现,京津冀协同发展战略对民营企业、劳动生产率较高的企业、规模较大的企业以及不论是低年龄还是高年龄组的企业成长均具有积极促进作用。对此,在纵深推进京津冀协同发展战略的实施中,应进一步降低经济政策的不确定性,加大对国有企业的改革力度,加强对小规模企业和劳动生产率较低企业的帮扶,以实现对企业成长的积极促进效果。Based on the sample data of Chinese listed companies from 2010 to 2020,this paper empirically tests the effect,mechanism and heterogeneity of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development strategy on the growth of Chinese listed companies by using the double difference method.The results showed that compared with the control group,the implementation of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development strategy significantly promoted the growth of the experimental group.The mechanism test shows that the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development strategy promotes the growth of enterprises by promoting the rate of investment expenditure and reducing the operating costs of enterprises.Analysis of heterogeneity shows that,the coordinated development strategy of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei has a positive effect on the growth of private enterprises,enterprises with high labor productivity,large-scale enterprises and enterprises of both young and old age groups.In this regard,and further promote the implementation of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development strategy,we should further reduce the uncertainty of economic policy,increase the reform of state-owned enterprises,to strengthen the support for small-scale enterprises and enterprises with lower labor productivity,in order to achieve a positive effect on enterprise growth.
