摘  要:随着科技的迅速发展,人们的物质需求日益增长。近年来玫瑰精油的需求量呈上升趋势,同时衍生出了玫瑰精油瓶的灌装工艺。为提高生产效率及降低生产、调试等成本,设计了玫瑰精油瓶装的生产线。利用UG三维建模设计出玫瑰精油瓶的模型,以NX MCD软件模拟设备运行状态,通过PLC软件编程使虚拟设备与实际设备虚实同步完成工艺。为后续的机电产品设计与实现提供一定的参考方向与价值。With the rapid development of science and technology,the growing material demand of the people is high,the demand for rose essential oil is on the rise,and the filling process of rose essential oil bottle is derived.In order to improve production efficiency and reduce the cost of production and debugging,this paper designs a model of rose essential oil bottle by designing small-scale rose essential oil assembly equipment,using UG three-dimensional modeling to design the model of rose essential oil bottle,NX MCD software simulates the running state of the equipment and programming with PLC software,so that people can complete the equipment synchronously under the actual equipment and virtual equipment,which provides a certain reference direction and value for the subsequent design and implementation of mechanical and electrical products.
