免对拉螺杆的定型化混凝土梁模板加固施工技术

摘　　要：项目为超高层建筑,结构施工时存在较多的结构梁,结构梁的宽度尺寸范围较广,结构施工过程中选择一种免对拉螺杆的定型化式混凝土梁模板加固方式,定型化梁夹具由固定件、可调件、楔形斜铁组成,定型化梁夹具的加固宽度可通过可调件的移动进行灵活调节,适应于不同宽度的混凝土梁模板加固施工,可调件由楔形斜铁进行固定,该定型化梁夹具可满足支撑梁混凝土浇筑过程产生的侧压力,混凝土梁无须施工穿墙螺栓,施工工序简单,混凝土质量成型好。This project is a super high-rise building,and there are many structural beams during structural construction.The width and size of the structural beams are wide.During structural construction,a set type concrete beam formwork reinforcement method without counter pulling screws is selected.The set type beam clamp is composed of fixed parts,adjustable parts,and wedge shaped inclined iron.The reinforcement width of the set type beam clamp can be flexibly adjusted through the movement of adjustable parts,suitable for the reinforcement construction of concrete beam formwork with different widths and sizes,the adjustable parts are fixed by wedge shaped inclined iron.The shaped beam clamp can meet the lateral pressure generated during the concrete pouring process of the support beam.The concrete beam does not require construction of through-wall bolts,and the construction process is simple and the concrete quality is well formed.
