摘 要:合肥某项目四期二项目B8楼工程总建筑高度达268 m,分别在29、30层设有钢桁架转换层。桁架层钢结构使用量大、单个构件重量重,节点复杂多变。为解决施工过程中的垂直吊运、安装精度问题,通过利用Tekla技术及工程测绘技术,将桁架层分节打断减轻重量、分节点测绘完成碰撞分析,不仅解决了施工现场塔式起重机吊重限制及钢筋密集的难题,同时也完成钢构进场前即完成施工误差消除工作。本技术为钢结构桁架层顺利安装提供了基础的同时,也确保了施工的进度及质量。The total building height of the B8 building project of a certain project in Hefei,Phase IV and Phase II,reaches 268 meters.Steel truss transfer floors are set on floors 29 and 30 respectively.The steel structure of truss floor is used in a large amount,the weight of a single member is heavy,and the nodes are complex and changeable.In order to solve the problems of vertical lifting and installation accuracy in the construction process,by using Tekla technology and engineering surveying and mapping technology,the truss layer is segmented to reduce the weight,the segmented points are refined,and the collision analysis is completed,which not only solves the problems of tower crane lifting weight limitation and dense reinforcement on the construction site,but also completes the elimination of construction error before the steel structure enters the site.It provides a foundation for the smooth installation of steel structure truss layer and ensures the progress and quality of construction.
