摘 要:安徽百戏城项目共有大倾角劲性斜圆柱16根,倾角、方向与高差各不相同。若斜圆柱施工过程中倾角及方向稍有偏差便会引起误差的产生,导致斜圆柱与梁板接头有较大的错位,如何保障斜圆柱的精度成为工程急需解决的问题。项目利用BIM放样技术,精确斜圆柱在每层梁板交界处的坐标;利用模型转化,将斜圆柱受力模型转化为混凝土梁模型,简化其受力形式,实现了普通支撑体系的支模方法。利用三维扫描技术进行全过程扫描,以保障施工精度。Anhui Baixi city project has a total of 16 strong oblique columns with large dip angle,direction and height difference.If the inclination angle and direction are slightly wrong in the construction process of the inclined column,it is easy to produce the accumulation of errors,resulting in a large dislocation between the inclined column and the beam-plate joint.How to ensure the accuracy of the inclined column has become an urgent problem to be solved in the project.The project uses BIM lofting technology to accurately locate the coordinates of the inclined column at the junction of the beam and plate on each floor.By using model transformation,the stress model of inclined cylinder is transformed into concrete beam model,and the stress form is simplified.Three-dimensional scanning technology is used to scan the whole process to ensure the construction accuracy.
