摘  要:异形结构坡度较大的坡屋面施工进度是建设工程项目施工进展的重难点环节之一,坡屋面的施工做法直接影响到项目工程的整体进度及效益。安徽百戏城项目针对异形结构采用一种分段浇筑的施工技术,首先应用BIM技术建模导出各结构梁顶面标高;其次根据已完成的深化图纸对坡屋面进行分段,每片坡屋面45°以下区域进行一次浇筑成型(同步分段施工内部出屋面墙柱);45°以上区域按水平推进距离不超过2 m进行分段。采用不同施工工序在方便施工的同时,也大幅提升了工作效率。The construction of sloping roof with large slope of irregular structure is one of the important and difficult links in the construction progress of construction project.The construction method of sloping roof directly affects the overall progress and benefit of the project.The project of Anhui Baixi city adopts a construction technology of segmenting pouring for special-shaped structures.Firstly,BIM technology is used to model and derive the top elevation of each structural beam.Secondly,the slope roof is segmented according to the completed deepened drawings,and the areas with an angle below 45°of each slope roof are cast and molded in one time(the internal exit wall columns are constructed synchronously in segments).The area above 45°is segmented according to the horizontal advancing distance of no more than 2 m.Different construction procedures are adopted to facilitate construction and greatly improve work efficiency.
