摘 要:以某大型隔震支座群安装研究为例,系统的介绍隔震建筑全生命周期智能建造关键技术研究与应用,包括三维点云扫描的地下隔震支座群精准安装和微调施工技术。为确保隔震支座的精准安装,采用无人机360°扫描及点云扫描技术,根据点云扫描测量值与设计值的对比分析,输出彩虹色谱,使用法兰板及套筒调整标高,完成隔震支座的精准安装。为验证本研究在各种情况下的建筑减震隔震效果,将采集过程数据与实验室数据、数字镜像数据进行对比,从而评估隔震支座在地震中发挥的作用。Taking the installation research of a large isolation bearing group as an example,this paper systematically introduces the key technology research and application of intelligent construction throughout the entire life cycle of isolation buildings,including precise installation and fine-tuning construction technology of underground isolation bearing groups using 3D point cloud scanning.To ensure the accurate installation of the isolation support,unmanned aerial vehicle 360°scanning and point cloud scanning technology are used.Based on the comparison and analysis of point cloud scanning measurement values and design values,rainbow chromatography is output,and the elevation is adjusted using a flange plate and sleeve to complete the accurate installation of the isolation support.To verify the performance of building seismic isolation in various scenarios in this study,the collected process data was compared with laboratory data and digital mirror data to evaluate the role of isolation bearings in earthquakes.
