摘 要:近年来,密肋楼盖已广泛适用于跨度和荷载较大且大空间的多层、高层建筑。如商业楼、办公楼、图书馆、展览馆教学楼、学校、车站、候机楼等大中型公共建筑。该楼盖结构,由于是连续双向密肋,受力性能较好,因此可获得大跨度、大柱网、大空间,因而建筑使用方便且灵活性大。本工程采用定型的塑料模壳,不仅施工方便,还可大幅节省木模板,塑料模壳因其使用寿命长,可多次周转,同时模壳安装方便,标准化程度高,可加快施工进度,不仅质量可靠,还可省工省料。除此由于双向密肋梁共同承受荷载的作用,肋梁的断面高度可大幅减小,层高可以降低,综合经济效益显著。本工程地下室人防车库顶板采用密肋楼盖,根据其施工过程中的重难点及主要问题进行研究。In recent years,ribbed floors have been widely used in multi-story and high-rise buildings with large spans,loads,and large spaces.Large and medium-sized public buildings such as commercial buildings,office buildings,libraries,exhibition halls,teaching buildings,schools,stations,and terminal buildings are also suitable for the roof of civil air defense basements.The structural form of this floor,due to its continuous bi-directional ribbed structure and good mechanical performance,can achieve large span,large column network,and large space,making the building easy to use and flexible.Convenient construction,using a standardized plastic mold shell can greatly save on wooden templates.In addition,the plastic mold shell has a long service life and can be reused multiple times.At the same time,the mold shell installation is convenient,with a high degree of standardization,which can accelerate the construction progress,ensure reliable quality,and save labor and materials.In addition,due to the joint load bearing effect of bidirectional ribbed beams,the cross-sectional height of the ribbed beams can be significantly reduced,and the floor height can be reduced,resulting in significant comprehensive economic benefits.The roof of the civil air defense garage in the basement of this project adopts a ribbed floor,and research is conducted based on the key difficulties and main issues during its construction process.
