摘　　要：针对传统油料供应标准量预测中均值估计不科学性、附加系数难确定的问题,提出了基于保障率和节油率的预测方法,为油料供应标准拟定提供了理论依据。In view of the unscientific prediction and uncertainty of additional coefficient in traditional POL supply standard value prediction,we put forward a prediction method based on guarantee rate and fuel saving rate,which could provide theoretical basis for the formulation of the POL supply standard value.
