摘  要:采用X衍射分析、扫描电镜分析、热分析和含酸量测试等方法,研究了动力用铅酸蓄电池循环期间正极活性物质性能的变化、电解液分层情况和板栅参数变化。随着循环的进行,凝胶区物质[PbO(OH)_(2)]逐渐减少,极板上、下部位的活性物质含量不同,其中上部β-PbO_(2)偏多,下部PbSO_(4)偏多,而且活性物质孔率逐渐增大。最后发现,电池失重、板栅腐蚀和板栅边框厚度损失在100次循环后加速。The performance of positive active materials were studied by the methods of XRD,SEM,DSC and testing the amount of electrolyte inside the plates which indicate the plate porosity at different cycle stages.Meanwhile,stratification,positive gird parameters were also investigated during cycle life.It was found that the content of[PbO(OH)_(2)]at the hydrated(amorphous)zones was decreased.The content change of materials in up and bottom positive plates were different obviously,that is up part of plate contained moreβ-PbO_(2)than the bottom part,where as the bottom appear more lead sulfate crystals than up part.It was also found that the plate porosity was increased gradually during testing time.Finally,Finally,it was found that the battery weight loss,grid corrosion and grid frame thickness loss accelerate after 100 cycles.
