摘　　要：通过纵向单案例研究方法,在分析地方民营企业卓尔公司在不同成长阶段面临外部环境变化和内部管理挑战的基础上,梳理阎志在卓尔公司持续成长中,企业家精神对公司多元化战略和企业社会责任战略协同的机制形成过程,提炼出阎志独特的战略管理思想。研究结果表明:卓尔为了获得可持续成长,在企业的不同发展阶段形成5种类型多元化战略和企业社会责任战略,且企业家精神通过“缓冲”机制作用于多元化战略为企业持续成长获得核心动态竞争优势,通过“桥接”机制作用于企业社会责任战略为企业持续成长获得独特竞争资源,进而通过“双战略协同”驱动企业持续成长。Based on the analysis of the external environment changes and internal management challenges faced by the local private enterprise,ZALL,at different growth stages,this study analyzes the formation process of Yan Zhi’s entrepreneurship to the strategic synergy of the company’s diversified strategy and CSR strategy during the continuous growth of ZALL and summarizes Yan Zhi’s unique strategic management thoughts.The results indicate that to achieve sustainable growth,ZALL has formed five types of diversification strategies and CSR strategies at different stages of development.The entrepreneurship has obtained core dynamic competitiveness for the sustainable growth of the enterprise through“buffering”diversification strategy selection.Moreover,under the role of“bridge”,CSR strategy can obtain unique competitive resources for the sustainable growth of enterprises and promote the sustainable growth of enterprises through“dual-strategy synergy”.
